By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

This lucky draw is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 and above, except staff and immediate family members of Universal Integrated Corporation Consumer Products Pte Ltd (UICCP), their advertising agencies, and other promotion partners.

Participation Criteria

• Purchase of participating products worth at least S$8 in a single receipt between 01 September 2026, 12:00 AM (Singapore Time) and 31 October 2026, 11:59 PM (Singapore Time) at FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Giant, Cold Storage or RedMart qualifies for the lucky draw.
• Participating brands are UIC Big Value, UIC Active Power+, UIC Natural Plus, SPINmatic Low Suds, Sofsil, Sofsil Ultra, Kim Poh and Sofscrub.

Submission Guidelines

• Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must include a new, official receipt showing a valid receipt number with a minimum S$8 purchase of participating products. Duplicated receipts will be disqualified.
• Entries must be submitted and received by UICCP between 01 September 2026 and 03 November 2026, 11:59 PM. Incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified.
• Original receipts must be presented for verification during prize collection. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Lucky Draw Mechanics

• The lucky draw will be held on 09 November 2026 at 10:00 AM at the UICCP office.  Winners will be randomly selected.
• Each winner will only be entitled to one (1) Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Participant is drawn more than once to win a Prize, he or she will only be entitled to the Prize based on the first draw and shall not be entitled to any Prize(s) from subsequent draws.

Notification & Prize Collection

• Winners will be notified by phone/ email based on the contact number provided in the submitted entry form within five (5) working days. UICCP reserves the right to substitute with reserve eligible participant in the event any one of the winners cannot be contacted within five (5) working days. 
• All prizes must be claimed by 31 December 2026, after which unclaimed prizes will be donated to a recognized charity.

General Conditions

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. UICCP reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value.
• UICCP shall not be liable for any misinterpretation of prize details published in media or marketing materials.
• Delivery or collection arrangements are at UICCP’s discretion.
• UICCP is not responsible for prizes that are lost, damaged, defective, or stolen after the collection or delivery of prize. Delivery or collection arrangements are at UICCP’s discretion.
• UICCP’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
